XTOOL Login Issue and License Freeze:

Dear Valued User,

We are currently working on resolving an authentication issue in our XTOOL software related to X (Twitter). Our team is making every effort to identify and fix the root cause; however, it appears the process will take longer than expected. Therefore, we would like to provide you with an update.

As long as you do not log out of your existing sessions, our services will continue to operate without interruption. However, new account logins may continue to experience issues until the problem is fully resolved.

If you wish to freeze your licenses during this period, you can do so via License Panel > License Management. Normally, each license can be frozen only once, but this time your freeze action will not count toward your limit. If you currently have no freeze rights available, you can open a support ticket and request us to freeze your license manually.
